Patrick Martucci discusses the law around dangerous premises and how it relates to personal injury claims and cases.
My law firm gets contacted all the time by people who either themselves, or a loved one has been injured on the property of the other. They want to know, do I have a case? Well, just because you've been injured on someone else's property, such as falling, doesn't mean you have a case, but many, many instances you do.
What we're talking about is the law of dangerous premises where you or a loved one have been injured on the premises due to water on the floor, due to a pothole, due to something falling off of a store shelf, or due to a dog that has bitten you. That is the area of dangerous premises.
