Johnson, Vorhees & Martucci genuinely believes in the importance of
charity, community involvement, and supporting people in need, especially
now that we are in the middle of the holiday season. We are proud to say
we recently had the opportunity to act as the
title sponsor for the Wine Women & Shoes even that benefitted The Victim Center in Springfield, Missouri. The Victim Center is a community cornerstone
that helps support men, women, and children who have been victimized by
domestic violence and sexual assault. In addition to providing victims
free support services, The Victim Center also created violence prevention
programs open to the community members.
When we first opened our Springfield, Missouri law office in 2015, we met
with our community neighbors, including The Victim Center. Since then,
we have happily partnered with them several times, including for their
Breakfast of Hope, Radiothon, and the first annual Wine Women & Shoes event.
Attorney Patrick Martucci and
Attorney Brian Johnston even enjoyed the opportunities to participate in Radiothon broadcasts
for The Victim Center for two years.
At this time, we want to thank everyone who helped make the recent Wine
Women & Shoes event in early October 2018 possible. The event combined
wine tasting, designer shopping, shoe fashion contests, fashion shows,
and auctions to raise money for The Victim Center. All of the other sponsors
must be thanked as well, and, of course, everyone who showed up. Thank
you for helping! The event was such a big success, we have already agreed
to be the title sponsor for the 2019 Wine Women & Shoes event!
